  Wing Night...seats and tables available but over 20 people (multiple sized parties) all waiting to be seated. Not sure what the problem is, but this isn't the first time this has happened. Should probably think about having more servers for your busier night!
  
  Also, only 5 seats available at the bar. I might not mind the wait if I could have a seat and a drink at the bar!
  
  Food is great but service is slow.

  Jungle Jim's is usually OK, never great. I went here recently and it took over an hour to get our food. Our waitress was very sorry but she was also pretty busy. It seemed like she was doing a lot of extra work and there were several staff members standing around. Once we got our food it was mediocre, hot but still not great and the portion size wasn't great.

  Still currently at Jungle Jim's waiting for my food. Had our appetizers delivered over an hour ago. Temperature is relatable to the Arctic. Not my best experience for a birthday supper. Would not recommend this location.
  Update: we receive and completed consumption of food. Pulled pork sandwiches were cold and there was a mystery pasta that was supposed to be chicken parm but was most definitely something else. I sincerely hope the management reads and responds to their reviews so they can improve their seriously lacking customer service.
